What Can I Do If I Have an Issue With My Marinios IPTV Subscription?
Even the best IPTV service can have a problem now and then – usually because of the internet connection, the app or the device. The good news is that most issues with your Marinios IPTV subscription can be fixed in a few minutes. Here's what to do.
Quick fixes to try first
- Restart everything. Turn off your TV or box, and your router, for 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
- Check your internet speed. Run a test on Speedtest.net. You need at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
- Update or reinstall your IPTV app. Old app versions often cause errors.
- Clear the app's cache (on Android and Firestick: Settings → Apps → your IPTV app → Clear cache).
- Re-enter your login details carefully – one wrong character in the username, password or URL will stop it working.
Common problems and solutions
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Buffering or freezing | Slow or unstable connection | Follow our buffering guide |
| "Login failed" | Typing error or expired plan | Check your details or renew |
| One channel not working | Temporary source issue | Try another server or tell us |
| No TV guide (EPG) | Guide not loaded yet | Refresh the EPG in your app |
| App won't open | Old app version | Update or reinstall the app |
Contact our 24/7 support team
If the quick fixes don't help, contact us – we are here 24/7:
- WhatsApp: +1 (334) 901-9927 (fastest)

To help us solve it faster, send us your username, the device and app you use, the channel with the problem, and a photo or short video of the error.
Problem: "The channel list is empty"
If your app opens but shows no channels, the playlist may not have loaded completely. In your app, go to settings and choose Refresh playlist or Reload channels. If that doesn't help, delete the playlist and add it again with your login details. Very large channel lists can take a minute or two to load the first time.
Problem: "Sound but no picture" or "picture but no sound"
This is usually a player setting. In apps such as IPTV Smarters or TiviMate, open the settings and change the video player (for example from "Native" to "Exo player", or the other way round). Also check that your TV's audio output is set correctly.
Problem: "The TV guide shows the wrong time"
Set the correct time zone in your app and on your device. Most IPTV apps have an "EPG time shift" setting where you can adjust the guide by one or more hours.
Problem: "My account has expired"
If you see an "expired" or "account disabled" message, your plan has probably ended. Message us to renew – your username and password stay the same. See how to pay for payment options.
Problem: "Too many connections"
This message appears when your account is being used on more devices than your plan allows. Close the app on any other device, wait a minute and try again. If you regularly watch on more screens, consider a 2- or 3-device plan on our pricing table.
How fast does support reply?
Our support team is available 24/7. On WhatsApp we usually reply within minutes. Most problems are solved in the same conversation. If a channel needs a technical fix on our side, we tell you how long it will take and let you know when it's working again.
How to prevent problems
- Use a wired connection for your TV or box whenever possible.
- Restart your device and router once a week.
- Keep your IPTV app and device software up to date.
- Don't share your login details – sharing can cause "too many connections" errors and may break our terms of service.
- Bookmark this page and our buffering guide so you can find them quickly.
Problem: "The app keeps crashing"
If your IPTV app closes by itself, your device may be low on memory or storage. Close other apps, clear the app cache and restart the device. On older Firesticks and Android boxes, uninstalling apps you no longer use can make a big difference. If the app still crashes, uninstall it, restart the device and install the latest version again. You can also try a different player – see our list of recommended apps.
