1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Marinios IPTV website (mariniosiptv.com) or buy a subscription from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legal agreement to buy a subscription.

3. Your subscription

• Your subscription starts when we send you your login details and lasts for the period you chose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
• Each plan can be used on the number of devices you paid for (1, 2 or 3) at the same time.
• Your login details are for your own household use only. You may not share, resell or redistribute them.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless we clearly tell you otherwise when you order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website in US dollars and may change from time to time. A price change will not affect a subscription you have already paid for. Payment must be made in full before your subscription is activated.

5. Content and availability

The channels, movies and series available can change at any time, and we cannot guarantee that a particular channel or programme will always be available. We aim to keep the service running at all times, but there may be short interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

6. Your responsibilities

• You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
• You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is allowed by the laws of the country you live in.
• You must not try to copy, record, resell or rebroadcast any content, or interfere with the service.

7. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or cancel your subscription without a refund if you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your login details. You can stop using the service at any time. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for problems caused by your internet connection, your device or third-party apps. Our total liability to you will never be more than the amount you paid for your current subscription. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
